This was a good year for me. I finally had a good job, was living in Florida in and had an apartment within walking distance of a store with a large section for sports cards. I was ready to party like it was 1999 because it was, in fact, 1999. The cards of that year were not as exciting as the song might suggest. At a glance, it's still hard to distinguish these from the year before or the year to follow. I got a bunch of chrome, refractor inserts out of the deal, most of which turned out to be diamond cut. I am 43 cards short of completing this very short 463 card set and have a lot of doubles. Can I get a little help over here?
